Shawnee FB Game Info

**This game will be held at the Tecumseh HS Football Stadium due to renovation delays at Shawnee HS.

 

3:30PM         Pre-trip Meeting in the Mid-High Bandroom (Full Band)-

**ARRIVE DRESSED IN YOUR WARM-WEATHER UNIFORM!!

3:55PM         Load Buses/ Leave for Tecumseh HS

7:30PM         Kick-Off

We will perform during half-time at this game.  This will likely be the only away game in which we will get to perform at half-time.  Unless we tell you otherwise, tell your parents to plan to catch our show during Pre-Game at most away games.

10:30PM       (approx) Load/ Leave Tecumseh

1:00AM         (approx) Arrive Mid-High

 

·                 **Except in special cases, all students are expected to ride the bus provided to our events.  Students may ride home with their parent after an event, provided they have turned in a note signed by a parent at least 24 hrs of the event.  Please do not ask for exceptions to this.

·                 The First Assembly of God will be providing sack dinners for us that will be passed out to you as you depart the bus at Tecumseh HS.  You will be allowed to eat dinner after everything is unloaded and in place at the stadium.  If this is too long for you to wait to eat, you may bring a snack with you.  You will be allowed to eat it on the bus provided you are careful. 

·                 We normally take a break after the start of the 3rd quarter to allow you an opportunity to go to the restroom and grab a snack.  Your 3rd Quarter Break will be dependent on how well you handle your responsibilities during the week leading up to this game.  Be sure to be punctual, stay eligible, and remember all needed supplies in order to have the privilege of taking a break with your friends during the 3rd quarter of the game.  Note- if you lose your 3rd quarter break privilege, you will still be allowed to go to the restroom as long as you get permission from a director first.

·                 Please check the bus lists as soon as they are posted so you will know which bus you are riding.  No switches will be allowed at this time.  We will let you know after this trip if switches will be allowed for future trips.

·                 Be sure to have all your stand music, flip folder, & lyre with you.  Your 3rd quarter break depends on it!  Drumline- Don’t forget your stadium hardware!
